Official Artist Lineup:

From Their Website:

“Celebrating its 19th year, The Key West Songwriters Festival
is the largest festival of its kind in the world.
Since 1997 BMI has been a charter sponsor of the festival and
has helped it grow into both a tourist attraction and favorite
of island locals.
The festival revolves around five days and nights of more than
20 free shows, staged at an array of the island’s most
popular drinking holes and hot spots, where live music bliss
introduces crowds to the faces, voices and stories behind
the songs.
Diverse lineups featuring more than 100 top songwriters
deliver rare, “Key West-only” moments: Informal adaptations of
Nashville’s signature in-the-round acoustic showcases dominate
much of the schedule, while an event-capping street concert
adds an enticing Mardis Gras fillip to the mix.”

Key West Food Trucks Are Here

Today we stopped by YEBO Island Grill on the corner of Duval & Angela. This is the newest addition to the “Food Truck Madness” that is sweeping Key West, along with the entire country. The location can’t be beat, centrally staged among most of the Duval Street attractions. This is a great stop while walking Duval St, sitting half way between either end of Duval. Now lets talk business. There is a nice little outdoor seating area, complete with umbrellas to shade the sun. After ordering my “Baja Fish Tacos” & Coke ($10 TOTAL!), I took a seat and enjoyed the sights and sounds of Duval from this comfortable distance. I had only started to watch the typical train of folks strolling down Duval when I heard my name called 5 Min. later. I sat down and inspected the goods. Baja sauce: Check, Cabbage and Mixed Salsa: Check, Fresh Chunks of Blackened Fish: Check, And last but not least, Lime Wedges: Check.  Looked like they got it right. The taste was right on as well. Satisfying but not overdone, great food and a great place to grab a quick bite to eat in the center of the Duval scene. Check their Facebook for menu updates and daily specials.
